EILEEN'S MINIATURE BOOK LIBRARY

The Library Until February 2020
(pre-Bibliotheque piece of furniture)

It's hard to believe there's only one Museum of Miniature Books, and it's in Baku Azerbaijan! You can see photos of this lovely museum via Atlas Obscura. As a joke with some book-loving friends, I am calling my miniature book library the world's second such museum. Here are photos for your amusement and to share images of the collection:

Post-Exhibition, Sept. 1, 2019
As of Sept. 1 when books returned from being exhibited, the Library expanded onto three locations: a normal-size bookshelf, a desktop, and all of William Shakespeare's tiny tomes on a space atop a file cabinet. C'est la vie for the collector!

DETAILED IMAGES OF LIBRARY

A bookshelf addition is crafted from birch bark!

This wooden crate used to contain 6 wine bottles; I upended it on its side and, voila! a new
bookshelf for tiny books!

A shelf of blank books waiting for content to become real books!
The shelf itself is a desk organizer upended on its side!

(Yorick's skull appears with a miniature edition of Shakespeare's Hamlet!)
