One of the joys of Robert Hansen's Poems-For-All project is how the tiny scale of his books do not mean a lesser attention to content. As an example, here is Henry Bell's illustrated To Mohammed -- it sure packs in a life and a world! See this book unfold:

Here's another example: The Shy Cartographer by Kevin Jones!
N.B.: Click on all images to enlarge!

Also lovingly included are mini broadsides by Basho and Jack Kerouac!

A publisher's note which I file here until I can adjust the above list for such:
After looking at your list, I'd like to offer up this publisher's note. For the first few years, I used to indicate both the month and year of publication for each book. Now, it is usually just the year of publication. (There are exceptions, with some books featuring a specific date.) If the there is a sequence of years separated by a comma (i.e., 2019, 2001) it indicates different editions with the newer edition involving some update to the contents, the cover, or both. A listing like this, however -- 2019, (2018) -- indicates the year the book was actually published followed, in parentheses, by the year the book was added to the checklist / index. So, a poet might have their poem(s) assigned their publication number in, say, 2017 and not have it published until 2019. Accordingly, the book's publication date would read as: 2019, (2017).
